The performance evaluation forms a system designed to evaluate as objectively as possible the performance of each member of the team of the company.
During this process it is essential that it be covered from the definition of the main responsibilities of each position, the monitoring of progress in compliance to the formal evaluation of these, which can be carried out according to the needs of your company on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. or annual. It defines the expectations that the company has of each of its collaborators and the level of achievement in relation to those expectations. Objectives of Performance Evaluation
